Abstract:
Bamboo shoot shell was used as experimental materials,in order to provide theoretical basis for Pleurotus citrinopileatus cultivated by bamboo shoot shell. The effect of extraction solution from bamboo shoot shell on mycelium growth of Pleurotus citrinopileatus was studied.Mycelium growth, biological efficiency and vegetative components of fruiting bodies and residue on cultivation of bagasse adding 30% bamboo shoot shell were analysed. The results showed that compared with PDA medium the mycelium growth velocity of Pleurotus citrinopileatus was promoted 34%-61% by addition of 20-100 g·L-1 extraction solution of bamboo shoot shell into PDA medium. When 30% bamboo shoot was added into the bagasse culture, the growth rate of mycelia and the fruiting bodies weight were increased by about 10%,the content of crude protein increased by 24% and amino acid increased by 27% in fruiting bodies. The content of residue amino acids was 1.63 times higher and its significant amino acids was 2.32 times higher than that of bagasse culture. It indicated that bamboo shoot shell can be used as a high quality auxiliary material for the cultivation of Pleurotus citrinopileatus.
