Abstract:
Inonotus obliquus was taken as test material,to determine inorganic elements between different origin of Inonotus obliquus by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).The date of correlations,principal components and cluster were analyzed with the SPSS 16.0 software.In order to provide evidence for the quality control and safety evaluation of the Inonotus obliquus.The results showed that 21 inorganic elements were determined in Inonotus obliquus.And there were some correlations among the inorganic elements in different origin of Inonotus obliquus.The contents of Fe,Mg,Ca were abundant.In most of samples,the content heavy metals and harmful elements were up to the requirement.Four principal components were extracted from the original data.The principal component analysis results showed that Fe,Al,Ca,Mg,Co,Mn,Ti,Sb,Be may be the characteristic elements in Inonotus obliquus.
