Abstract:
‘Xiangyoumai’ lettuce was used as test material,using randomized field experiments in the same quantity of fertilizer,the effect of different fertilizer treatments on lettuce yield,nitrate and cadmium content was studied.It is expected to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of cadmium pollution risk from the source,and to guide the rational fertilization of leafy vegetables.The results showed that organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer according to the ratio of 1∶1 could significantly improve the yield of lettuce.The chemical fertilizer could significantly improve the content of nitrate in lettuce leaves.Scientific and rational fertilization could reduce the content of cadmium in plants.In the process of planting lettuce,using organic and inorganic fertilizer application,could increase production,reduce the nitrate and cadmium content in plant,ensure food safety.
