Abstract:
To explore the enfluence of increasing organic fertilizer under the facility substrate groove cultivation on tomato growth characteristics.‘Fenguo T70’ tomato was used as test materials,one square matrix mixed with sheep manure 10 kg,sheep manure 18 kg,cattle manure 10 kg,cattle manure 18 kg and not control treatments of organic fertilizer were designed.The results showed that under the facility substrate groove cultivation applying organic fertilizer,tomato plant height,leaf length,root length,fruit weight and yield increased significantly,tomato plant height,stem diameter and root length were the largest when sheep manure 18 kg per square was applied,leaf SPAD and nitrogen content were promoted at the same time,it was advantageous to the tomato plant photosynthesis and biomass accumulation,the fruit number and yield were also the highest.Therefore,under the facility tomato substrate groove cultivation applying 18 kg sheep manure per square tomato growth was significant,promote production was the largest.
