Abstract:
Seeds of Papaver rhoeas L.were taken as materials,using potted simulation method and effect of different concentrations of NaCl,NaHCO3 soulution and both 1∶1 mixed solution stress on Papaver rhoeas L.seeds germination were studied,to understand Papaver rhoeas L.seeds salinity tolerance ability.The results showed that seed germination rate,relative germination rate,germination potential,fresh quality of seedings,radicle length,vitality index and germination index of NaCl,NaHCO3 solution and both 1∶1 mixed solution concentration gradually decreased.But relative salt damage rate was on the rase.The salt-tolerance concentration concentration of NaCl solution was 0.343% and salt-tolerance concentration was 0.935%;salt-tolerance concentration concentration of NaHCO3 solution was 0.389% and the limit concentration was 0.950%;salt-tolerance concentration concentration of NaCl and NaHCO3 (1∶1) mixed solution was 0.425% and the limit concentration was 0.871%.
