Abstract:
The Cymbidium faberi Rolfe var.Szechuanicum×(C.tracyanum var.Huanghua×C.mastersii) F1 hybrids as test material,protocorm-like-body (PLB) were used as explants in tissue culture to study the influence of BA and NAA in different concentrations,mashed bananas and activated carbon on their regeneration under 1/2MS basic medium.The results showed that 1/2MS+1.0 mg?L-1 6-BA+0.5 mg?L-1 NAA+80 g?L-1mashed bananas could make PLB rate to 222.00% and differentiation rate to 90.57%,1/2MS+1.5 mg?L-1 6-BA+0.5 mg?L-1 NAA+80 g?L-1 mashed bananas could make multiplication rate to 42.50%,1/2MS+0.5 mg?L-1 6-BA+1.5 mg?L-1 NAA could make rooting rate to 100%,the average number of plant roots was 5.50,average root length was 40.73 mm,and plant grew healthily.
