Abstract:: Ganoderma lucidum，Hericium erinaceus，Pleurotus citrinopileatus were taken as test materials，with corn cob，corn stalks and bran for the cultivation of materials.Using conventional edible fungus cultivation and management methods，the production and fruiting management of Ganoderma lucidum，Hericium erinaceus，Pleurotus citrinopileatus were studied.The results showed that picking bonsai edible fungus fruiting body kept its integrity，freshness，nutrient and flavor，and thus had a high ornamental value and edible value.More able to bring some economic benefits.Also in the harvest after the first wave of mushrooms，timely supplement a small amount of nutrient solution could also increase the number of family bonsai cultivation fruiting.So the family of edible fungi bonsai as a new way of cultivation is entirely feasible，is a project that is available for development in the northern region.
