Abstract:
The effects of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic salts,vitamins and plant growth regulators on the mycelical growth of Pholiota adiposa that was preserved by Institute of Edible Fungi of Yichun Vocational Technical College were studied by monofactorial testing.The results showed that the highest growth rates (2.4 mm?d-1) were recorded when fructose and peptone served as the carbon and nitrogen sources,respectively.Mycelial growth rates were enhanced on composts supplemented with MgSO4 and vitamin B1,and the plant hormones could also be used to regulate the growth of Pholiota adiposa.
