Abstract:
Antagonistic yeast strain TL-24 was used as test material,the effect of compound mutation on the yeast TL-24 was studied by microwave combined with DES mulagenesis,in order to screen yeast strains with strong antagonistic ability.The results showed that the antagonistic yeast strain DE5 was bred.Under suitable conditions,its inhibition zone was 31.5 mm,the antibacterial ability of the yeast strain DE5 was increased by 85.3% compared with that of the starting strain TL-24.
