Abstract:
In order to clarity the effect of spent mushroom compost leachate on the seed germination and growth of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi under salt stress,the seed was treated with spent mushroom compost leachate and NaCl solution (100 mmol?L-1),and the seed germination and growth indexes were analyzed.The results showed that the seed germination energy,germination rate,germination index,young green mass,above and below ground green mass increased significantly after the use of spent mushroom compost leachate,meanwhile,it increased the concentration of chlorophyll a/b,carotenoid,soluble sugar and the activities of SOD and POD,which solved the problem of salt stress on the cultivation of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and implied the positive potential for the recovery of saline alkali land.
