Abstract:
aking cucumber rhizosphere soil as isolation objects,using dilution-plate method,BBC-3 was screened which had strong and stable antagonistic activity against Botrytis cinerea.The antifungal activity was identified by using confrontation culture and agar diffusion methods.The results showed that it was identified as Brevibacillus brevis based on the results of morphologic characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequence and was named for BBC-3.It had better activity to 14 kinds of plant pathogens.Antifungal substance from BBC-3 had high stability against heat,acid,alkali and irradiation of glare,and it was unsensible to proteinase.The antibacterial activity was more than 80% at 4℃ for 6 months.
