Abstract:
Taking grapes in Lanzhou and Tianshui area as materials,sporangia of Plasmopara viticola dispersal was observed using the spore-trapping machine and the disease state was investigated during the grape growing season in Tianshui and Lanzhou area.The results showed that the sporangia first appeared in the late June or early July,and kept dispersal from July to September.From the end of July to the late August the dispersal reached the peak.While it decreased rapidly in September.The onset of disease was observed 7 days after the first appearance of sporangia when the climatic conditions were suitable for disease.The correlation coefficient was more than 0.90.The dynamics of sporangia dispersal had significantly positive correlation with the disease levels.
