- Abstract:
- Water stress is one of important factors in abiotic stress，which has a significant impact on plant growth，metabolism，quality and yield.Plant root proteomics can systematically reveal the protein expression level，under water stress plant root gene regulatory mechanism and its adaptive response can be deeply understood.This study elaborated proteomics research of plant root on drought and flood stress，explored the root protein dynamic change under the above condition and described specific protein network and its associated response mechanism.
