Abstract:
Taking a wild Grifola frondosa strain as material,the effect of different liquid medium on mycelial biomass was studied by using orthogonal design method in this paper.The results showed that the optimum liquid medium composition were sucrose 25 g/L,wheat bran 20 g/L,MgSO4?7H2O 2.5 g/L,corn flour 4 g/L,yeast powder 2 g/L,KH2PO4 5 g/L and vitamin B1 0.030 g/L,natural pH,through culturing for 10 d at 24℃,the biomass of Grifola frondosa reached 10.41 g/L.
