Abstract:
Taking ‘Red Fuji’ apple as material,the measurement and analysis of the main fruit quality indexes such as fruit shape index,fruit weight,fruit hardness,soluble solids content,titration acid and appearance and flavor with the ‘Red Fuji’ apples produced in Yellow River irrigation area of Zhongwei,Zhongning,Lingwu,Qingtongxia and Wuzhong were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the ‘Red Fuji’ apple of Lingwu Xinhua Bridge No.2 and Zhongwei,Zhongning Qixing canel were ahead of others in the matter of fruit shape,single weight,color uniformity,hardness,sugar,acid,water content,which possessed the best quality.
