Abstract:
Taking Zizyphus jujuba cv. Huping as material,based on the experiment of single factor,the mathematical regression model was established about the dependent variable (extraction yield of polysaccharide) and independent variables (extraction temperature,ratio of liquid to solid and extraction time) through Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology,and optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharide from Zizyphus jujuba cv.Huping were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 88.0℃,ratio of liquid to solid 32.0∶1 mL/g,extraction time 21 min.Under these conditions,the practical yield of polysaccharide reached (18.53±0.03)%,which was consistent with the predicated yield of 18.82%.
