Abstract:
Taking tissue cultured seedling of blueberry‘Blomidon’as material,the effect of different substrates,different growth regulators,different transplanting month,different temperature and humidity on survival rate,rooting rate and seedling height were studied.The results showed that the best transplanting substrates was sand+peat (1∶1);the rooting rate reached 97.0% for dipped into the ABT1 500 mg/L 30 s,the survival rate of transplanting seedlings in September to October was higher than other months,suitable culture conditions of temperature was 25℃ and humidity was 75%.
