Abstract:
Through four factors that is ethanol concentration,extraction time,liquid-solid ratio and extraction temperature for the single factor experiments,on the basis of selecting thethanol concentration,extraction time,liquid-solid ratio for the optimization of total flavonoids extraction from Sambucus mandchurica Kitag,the three factors for extraction yield of the total flavonoids by RSM were studied.The results showed that best condition to ultra the total flavonoids from Sambucus mandchurica Kitag were ethanol concentration 76.03%,ultrasound time 48.86 min and liquid solid ratio 19.53 mL/g,the extraction yield of the total flavonoids was 5.79692 mg/g.
