Abstract:
〗In order to select the optimum extraction scheme of flavonoids from sweet potato leaves, the six-factor-three-level orthogonal experiment was established to extract flavonoids from sweet potato leaves, using ‘Yuzi-263’ as the experimental materials. The results showed that when alcohol concentration was 60%, liquid material ratio 1∶20(w/v), extraction temperature 40℃, distilled 20 minutes, extract times 3 times, ultrasonic wave power 187.5 W were the optimum extraction method, under this scheme, it was stable in extraction amount, simple in operation and feasible in practice.
