Abstract:
Wild and cultivated Bupleurum chinense DC.in Chengde area were used as the test materials.Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to analyze and discuss the correlation between soil and plant mineral elements,the correlation between saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d of Bupleurum chinense DC.and soil and plant mineral elements,and the enrichment ability of plant mineral elements,in order to provide reference for the standardized planting of wild domesticated Bupleurum chinense DC..The results showed that Bupleurum chinense DC.had a strong ability to enrich soil Ca,N,Fe,Zn in the middle,and a low ability to enrich soil Mg,Cu,Mn,P,K,Mo.The enrichment coefficient was Ca>Fe>Zn>N>Mg>Cu>Mn>P>K>Mo.There was a certain correlation between the mineral?elements and saikosaponin in the rhizosphere soil-plant system of Bupleurum chinense DC.,and there was also a certain correlation between the mineral elements in rhizosphere soil and Bupleurum chinense DC..The contents of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin a+d were significantly positively correlated with the content of Fe in rhizosphere soil (P<0.05).The contents of saikosaponin d and saikosaponin a+d were significantly positively correlated with the content of N element in Bupleurum chinense DC.plants (P<0.05).In conclusion,different cultivation methods,growth years,soil environment and other factors affect the enrichment of mineral elements and the accumulation of saikosaponin in the rhizosphere soil-Bupleurum chinense DC.system.
