Abstract:
Lentinus edodes strain ‘808’ was used as experimental material,the fermentation conditions for the liquid spawn of Lentinus edodes were optimized by the single factor experiment and response surface design,in order to provide reference for lentinus edodes large-scale liquid fermentation production.The results showed that the best carbon source for the growth of Lentinus edodes mycelium was corn flour,the best nitrogen source was soybean flour,and the best inorganic salt was MgSO4.Taking the mycelial biomass as the response value,according to the Box-benhnken (BBD) design,it was predicted that the optimal fermentation medium formula were corn flour 25 g·L-1,soybean flour 10 g·L-1 and MgSO4 4 g·L-1.Under the same culture conditions,the measured value of mycelial biomass was 35.613 mg·mL-1,which was consistent with the theoretical value of 35.849 mg·mL-1.
