Abstract:
Selenium enriched Cordyceps militaris has excellent health care function.Based on the special biological activity of selenium and Cordyceps militaris,the development of selenium enriched Cordyceps militaris products with health care,medicine and food has broad development prospects and important social and economic value.The research progress of Cordyceps militaris on selenium enrichment,chemical composition,biological activity and product development in recent years were summarized,in order to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of selenium and Cordyceps militaris resources.
