Abstract:
Taking the 4-year-old ‘Hutai No.8’ grapes as test materials,four different forms of floral cluster pruning treatments including removing the spikelet tip by 2 cm,then leaving spikelet tip 6 cm,leaving spikelet tip 4 cm,leaving spikelet tip 6 cm and leaving spikelet tip 8 cm at 9,6,3 days and 0 days before anthesis were performed.And the appearance quality,inner quality and color index of ‘Hutai No.8’ grape fruits under different treatments were mesured.The influence of different floral cluster pruning methods on the fruit quality of ‘Hutai No.8’ grapes was investigated,in order to screening out a floral cluster pruning method that suitable for the production of high-quality ‘Hutai No.8’ grapes.The results showed that the floral cluster pruning effect of removing the spikelet tip by 2 cm,then leaving spikelet tip 6 cm treatment was much better.The average bunch weight was 561.57 g,the single berry weight was 8.23 g,and the solid-acid ratio was 26.29.Among the different floral cluster pruning periods,the floral cluster pruning effect of 9 days before anthesis was relatively good.The average bunch weight was 595.42 g and the single berry weight was 8.17 g.It was generally believed that the most suitable floral cluster pruning method in the production of ‘Hutai No.8’ grapes was removing the spikelet tip by 2 cm,then leaving spikelet tip 6 cm at 9 days before anthesis.
