Abstract:
38 germplasm resources were studied by SCoT molecular markers,in order to estimate genetic diversity of Euptelea pleiosperma in Zhongtiaoshan Mount of Shanxi Province,provide molecular basis for the evaluation and protection of it.The results showed that 108 bands were amplified by 23 SCoT primers,including 80 polymorphic bands,and the polymorphism rate was 74.07%.The average of observed number of alleles,effective number of alleles,Nei′s gene diversity,Shannon information index,and similarity coefficient were 1.71,1.50,0.281 7,0.411 7 and 0.855.It indicated that the genetic diversity occurred within Euptelea pleiosperma maxim was poor,and the genetic basis was narrow.
