Abstract:
In this study,Polygonum orientale L.was used as the experimental material,and the ethanol reflux extraction method was used to study the extraction process of isoorientin,in order to provide the basis for the comprehensive utilization of Polygonum orientale L..The results showed that,the ethanol volume fracion 41%,extraction temperature 67 ℃,extraction time 2.5 hours,liquid-solid ratio 20∶1 mL·g-1,extraction 2 times,the extraction amount of isoorientin was 18.1 mg·g-1,the extraction rate was 97.68%.
