Abstract:
Taking hawthorn leaves as test materials,the effects of single factor,ethanol volume fraction,ratio of material to liquid,extraction pressure,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of leaves flavonoids were studied by using ultra-high pressure extraction method.Based on the results of the single factor test,the conduct analysis with response surface test,the results showed that the best process parameter of correction as follows,ethanol volume fraction of 70%,ratio of material to liquid 1∶20 g·mL-1,extraction pressure of 350 MPa,extraction temperature of 60 ℃,the actual extraction rate of leaf flavonoids was 7.068%.The research offers a practical basis for the extraction of leaf flavonoids from hawthorn leaves,and the development as well as utilization of the leaf flavonoids.
