Abstract:
Processing and physical properties of partial materials of grape branch compressed by forming machine was studied,in order to solve the problem of traditional materials deficient and expensive and provide reference for new medium of edible fungi.The results showed that the best ring pore was 10 mm,and it was the best proportion on water account for 10% of materials for forming,density,bulk density and ratio of aeration and water porosity to be sprayed before compression.And it was suitable for the ratio 1∶1.5-1∶2.0 g·mL-1 of partial weight and water foaming time 8-10 hours to immerse the particles of grape branch.And mushroom yield of particles pressed with 579.79 g·bag-1 was better than chip of grape branch with 346.08 g·bag-1,and no significant differences with medium of cottonseed hull with 580.21 g ·bag-1.
