Abstract:
The fruit quality of wild wolfberry was determined in five regions collected in Shanxi province.The measurement indexes included four appearance indexes of the fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit horizontal diameter,single fruit weight,length of fruit handle and four nutrient contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,vitamin C and flavonoids.Using principal component analysis method to evaluate the fruit quality of wolfberry,in order to screen out the quality germplasm resources.The results showed that the fruit quality index of wolfberry from diffrent areas was different,but the variation was low.As a result of the principal component analysis,the eight quality indicators were simplified into three principal components,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 90.24%,reflecting most of the information on the quality of wolfberry.Results showed the quality order of wild wolfberry fruit was TY,LY,WR,FSH and ZY.
