Abstract:
The authenticity of Ginkgo biloba leaves was determined by using the method of loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).The LAMP reaction primers were designed,and the LAMP primer specificity test and sensitivity test were performed on Ginkgo biloba leaves and their mixed products,respectively.The results showed that GB1 can effectively distinguish ginkgo leaf samples from common mixed products,and the minimum detection concentration was 4.6×10-5 ng·μL-1,and the sensitivity was 10 times as much as that of ordinary PCR.Thus,a rapid and effective method,LAMP method,for identifying Ginkgo biloba leaves was established.
