Abstract:
Two kinds of kiwifruit varities (‘LD133’‘Hongyang’) were used to study the effects of low temperature treatment time and deionized water immersion time on the results of calculating the semi-lethal temperature of kiwifruit by electrolyte leakage method.The fitting degree of the regression curve was to get the accurate half lethal temperature of kiwifruit.The results showed that the semi-lethal temperature of kiwifruit branches could be well predicted when the shoots were treated at low temperature gradient for 8 hours and soaked in deionized water for 2 hours.The conductivity parameters determined in this experiment were feasible and reliable for determining the electrolyte leakage of ‘Changjiang-1’‘Ruby Star’ and ‘Hort16A’.
