Abstract:
In order to provide some reference value for studying the mechanism of Cinnamomum camphora′s fast growth and good adaptability to infertile soil, meanwhile for development microbial fertilizer for C.camphora and other plants.Taking the rhizosphere soil of C.camphora as test materials,22 strains were random took from C.camphora rhizosphere soil, using PVK solid soluble phosphorus method,Alexander plate assay method,CAS plate assay method,JNFb medium assay method, and Salkowski colorimetric method to respectively to test their phosphate solubilisation activity, potassium solubilisation activity, secreting iron ability, nitrogen fixation ability and producing IAA ability. The strains performed stronger secreting iron ability and producing IAA ability were selected for 16S rDNA molecular identification. The results showed that of the 22 strains isolated,7 strains had phosphate solubilizing ability,8 strains were capable of nitrogen fixation,11 strains were capable of producing iron, and 16 strains could produce IAA.Further quantitative determination of the initial isolated strains with siderophore and IAA,the result was found that the siderphore units of XZ3 (78.4%) and XZ22 (74.6%) were significantly higher than those of other strains.XZ11 and XZ13 were the most capable of producing IAA with 46.82 μg?mL-1 and 46.19 μg?mL-1 respectively.XZ3 and XZ22 belonged to Lysinibacillus sp.and Bacillus sp.,XZ11 and XZ13 belonged to Pseudomonas sp.and Lysinibacillus sp.respectively by the 16Sr DNA.
