- Abstract:
- TakingLentinulaedodesA05astestmaterial，thesinglefactortestandorthogonalexperimentwereusedtomeasuretheyieldofexopolysaccharides(EPS),andtheoptimalcarbonandnitrogensourcewereselected,theformulaoffermentationmediumfortheyieldofexopolysaccharidesofLentinulaedodesA05wasoptimized.Theresultsshowedthatthebestformulawascornflour2%,glucose2%,bran3%,beefextract0.3%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO40.05%,naturalpH,andtheyieldofexopolysaccharides(EPS)was2.92g·L-1.
