Abstract:
BasedonthematerialsofdifferentamountoffertilizerofCodonopsispilosula,thetestwasconductedinquadraticregressionrotationcombinationdesign,tostudytheeffectsoftheappliedfertilizeramountofnitrogenfertilizer,phosphatefertilizer,potashfertilizerandorganicfertilizersontheyieldandqualityforoptimizedthecultivationscheme.TheresultsshowedthattheimportanceinfluencingfactorsoftheyieldofCodonopsispilosulaweretheorderofnitrogenfertilizer>phosphatefertilizer>organicfertilizers>potashfertilizer;theimportanceinfluencingfactorsofthealcoholsolubleextractofCodonopsispilosulawereintheorderofpotashfertilizer>organicfertilizers>nitrogenfertilizer>phosphatefertilizer;theimportanceinfluencingfactorsofthepolysaccharidecontentofCodonopsispilosulawereintheorderofnitrogenfertilizer>phosphatefertilizer>potashfertilizer>organicfertilizers.ThecomprehensiveagronomicmeasureswereputforwardthatthefreshrootyieldofCodonopsispilosulaper667m2wasnotlessthan600kg,thecontentofalcohol-solubleextractwasnotlessthan60.0%,andthecontentofpolysaccharidewasnotlessthan25.0%.
