Abstract:
This study aimed to obtain the optimum concentration of ten kinds of plant growth regulators on seeds germination of Momordica charantia and Lagenaria siceraria.An experiment was carried out to explore effects of ten kinds of plant growth regulators on seeds germination of Momordica charantia and Lagenaria siceraria by using paper bed method under the set of different concentration gradients (0,1,2,5,10,50 mg?L-1,respectively).The results showed that the concentrations of CSN,NAA,IBA-K,DA-6,6-BA,GA3,KT,IAA and IBA were 5,2,10,10,2,5,5,5,5 mg?L-1 with the best of the germination rate,germination potential and germination index,respectively.However,the Momordica charantia and Lagenaria siceraria seeds germination would be inhibited at different concentration of CPPU.The results suggested that the concentration range of CSN,NAA,IBA-K,DA-6,6-BA,GA3,KT,IAA and IBA was ≤5,≤5,≤10,≤10,≤5,≤5,≤10,≤5 mg?L-1 and ≤5 mg?L-1,respectively.
