Abstract:
Fruits of half red Zizphus jujube Mill.cv.Lingwuchangzao were used as materials,the ultraviolet spectroph was aimed to discuss changes of cell wall components in Zizphus jujube Mill.cv.Lingwuchangzao fruit at low temperature(0-2 ℃) to provide a theoretical basis for the storage and fresh-keeping of Zizphus jujube Mill.cv.Lingwuchangzao fruit.The results showed that fruit hardness showed first increased and then decreased and the respiratory features of the climacteric fruit were shown,the contents of water-soluble pectin and ionic pectin content of the cell wall were significantly increased,the contents was significant negative correlation with fruit hardness.The contents of covalent bond pectin and cellulose and hemicellulose were showed first increased and then decreased,the contents was positive correlation with fruit hardness,the contents of cellulose and covalent bond pectin was significant positive correlation with fruit hardness among them.
