- Abstract:
- Tomato, cucumber, eggplant and pepper were taken as research objects, the cost and benefit of vegetable cultivation in China and its influencing factors were analyzed by quantitative analysis, CD production function and multiple linear regression model, in order to explore the ways to reduce the cost of vegetable production and improve economic benefits.The results showed that, in the past 10 years, the cost of fruitvegetable production continued to raise,economic benefit declined significantly.Fruitvegetable production cost increasing was driven mainly from labor and material costs and service fees, especially the cost of labor input of workers.Among the factors affecting the output of fruit vegetables, technical level played a very important role and was the main power source to enhance the output in the four fruit vegetables.
