Abstract:: Oroxylum indicum （Linn.） Kurz was selected as experimental material in this study.Five factors and three level design were employed in order to analyse influence of Oroxylum indicum （Linn.） Kurz seedlings by different complex substrate.Ten morphological parameters including plant height，stem diameter，main root length，main root diameter，cotyledon length，cotyledon width，overground fresh weight，underground fresh weight，overground dry weight，underground dry weight and three physiological index including POD activity，CAT activity and root system vigour were evaluation criterion.The results indicated that the effects of three kinds disposes were excelled than CK.Complex substrate including ‘10% vegetable garden soil+20% pearlstone+20% roseite+50% nutrition soil’ were the best.The testing provided theory evidence for preparation complex substrate of Oroxylum indicum （Linn.） Kurz seedlings.
