- Abstract:
- Genetic diversity of cultivated strains of Morchella importuna were analyzed by using rDNA-ITS technique, antagonistic reaction, mycelial growth characteristics and esterase isozyme analysis. The results showed that the mycelial growth rate of M.importuna was 6.90-10.57 mm·d-1,and strain FY2 was higher than other tested strains(P<0.05);cluster analysis demonstrated that the 10 M.importuna were divided into 3 groups at the dissimilarity coefficient of 0.53.FY4 had the farthest genetic relationship away from other strains. The similarity of esterase isozyme band of FY1,FY5,FY6,FY7,FY9 indicated that they could be considered as the same strain from different isolation. The results of antagonism were similar to esterase isozyme analysis. The aim of this study was to lay a foundation for the establishment of genetic database, which could provide evidence for selection and breeding of eminent cultivars and genetic relationship in M. importuna.
