- Abstract:
- SOL biological agent was used as test agent.The antimicrobial mechanism of SOL biological agents to powdery mildew of cucumber was observed by triphenyl blue staining and scanning electron microscope,in order to supply references for antimicrobial mechanism of biological agent against powdery mildew.The results showed that the formation time of germ tube of S.fuliginea treated with SOL was significantly prolonged compared with that of positive control thiophanate and clear water treatments,and had preventive effect.With SOL as protective agent,conidia spores of S.fuliginea appeared dry,shrink,and the growth of the germ tube was inhibited.Because S.fuliginea did not continue to form infection tube,S.fuliginea strain was unable to infect host plants.With SOL as a therapeutic agent,it was found that the formed germ tube was difficult to continue to grow,conidia spores of S.fuliginea appeared dry,shrink,the resulting germ tube appeared broken and inclusions leakage.
