- Abstract:
- The materials of the rhizosphere soil of bird cherry (Prunus padus L.) from the Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Horticulture in Harbin and isolation methods of Rose Bengal medium and plate separation as well as identification methods of morphological classification presented by Gams&Bissett(1998) and molecular classification presented by Kullnig-Gradinger et al.(2002) were used to research the identity, number and variety of Trichoderma existed in the rhizosphere soil of bird cherry. The purpose of the research was to find the dominant species of Trichoderma in the rhizosphere soil of bird cherry. The results showed that 25 Trichoderma Harzianum strains isolated from the sample, which means there were large quality but only one species of Trichoderma spp.around the bird cherry root. The research results would provide Trichoderma resource for special Trichoderma biofertilizer of the bird cherry.
