Abstract:
To estimate genetic diversity of Acer mono maxim.in Huoshan Mount of Shanxi Province,40 germplasm resources were studied by SCoT molecular markers.The results showed that 113 bands were amplified by 15 SCoT primers,including 41 polymorphic bands,and the polymorphism rate was 36.28%.The average of observed number of alleles,effective number of alleles,Nei′s gene diversity,Shannon information index,and similarity coefficient were 1.362,1.23,0.134 1,0.199 4 and 0.945.It indicated that the genetic diversity occurred within Acer mono Maxim.was poor,and the genetic basis was narrow.The estimate of the genetic diversity of Acer mono Maxim.in Huoshan Mount of Shanxi Province should be combined with morphological phenotype and more molecular marker techniques.
