Abstract:
Seedling of Actinidia kolomikta (Maxim.& Rupr.) Maxim.was taken as test material.The effects of the aquatic extraction substance(0,10,20,40,60 mg?mL-1) from residue of Pleurotus citrinopileatus of 25 mmol?L-1 and 50 mmol?L-1 NaCl treatment on the growth and development of seedling growth and biochemical indexes were studied.The results showed that root length,plant height,root weight,plant weight were obviously promoted with the aquatic extraction substance of Pleurotus citrinopileatus from 40-60 mg?mL-1 treatment.As the nutrient content of the aquaitic extraction substance of Pleurotus citrinopileatus addition,the activities of POD and SOD,the contents of MDA and Pro decreased,could increase the stress resistance of plant.
