Abstract:
Spinach was taken as test material,the effect of nano-film (silver series) packaging on the storage quality of postharvest spinach.The results showed that nano-film packaging effectively maintained the storage quality,color and loss weight during the storage period at (20±1)℃.The decrease of chlorophyll content and vitamin C content were delayed and the accumulation of MDA content was inhibited.Meanwhile,the antioxidant enzyme activities of ascorbate oxidase (APX),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) were enhanced and the damage of reactive oxygen species was reduced.Thus,the nano-film packaging could effectively maintain the storage quality of postharvest spinach.
