Abstract:
Three plants of Lonicera caerulea L.were chosen as the experiment material,and the contents and composition of amino acids were detected by amino acid analyzer.The results showed that there were 17 kinds of protein amino acids were identified,and the contents of amino acids were different.The content amino acids of of Ey were higher than E4 and E8.The fruits of Lonicera caerulea L.contained many kinds of protein amino acids.The amino acids kinds were closed to the reference pattern recommended by WHO/FAO.The fruits of Lonicera caerulea L.had great value in use.
