Abstract:
Hong Kong glass lettuce seeds were used as materials to study the germination of lettuce seeds from Hong Kong by soaking ACC solution,GA solution and CaCl2 solution with different concentrations in order to provide references for improving the germination rate of Hong Kong glass lettuce.The results showed that the germination potential and germination rate were the highest in 20 μmol?L-1 ACC solution,200 μmol?L-1 GA solution and 2 5 mmol?L-1 CaCl2 solution.In the experimental range,the appropriate concentration of ACC,GA solution treatment could effectively improve the seed germination uniformity and germination rate;low concentration of CaCl2 solution treatment could help improve the seed germination rate and germination index,while increasing the seed′s vitality level with the increase of the concentration of the solution,the germination rate and the germination potential gradually decreased,and the high concentration inhibited the seed germination.
