Abstract:
Taking Drangea macrophyua as test material,the effects of different low temperature treatments on prolonging the longevity and microscopic structure of epidermal cell were studied.The results showed that low temperature treatment could prolong the longevity of Drangea macrophyua for 2 days when they were kept in the condition of 4 ℃ for 6-8 hours.The low temperature treatment could promoted matrix agglutination，plasmodesmata agglomeration and passivation of epidermal cells.
