Abstract:
Gardenia jasminoides was used as test material,the extraction process of gardenia yellow pigment from Gardenia jasminoides by using ultrasonic method was studied,and the optimum extraction conditions were determined.The results showed that,the optimum extraction conditions of gardenia yellow pigment from Gardenia jasminoides by using ultrasonic method were as followed,70% ethanol solution was the extraction solvent,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶5(g?mL-1),ultrasonic extraction power 50 kHz,ultrasonic extraction temperature 60 ℃,ultrasonic extraction time 50 minutes,under these condition,the colour value of gardenia yellow pigment was 82.18,OD value was 1.17.
