Abstract:
The experiment has compared the growth and characteristics of ‘Ningqi No.1’ seedlings from three different kinds of sources,by which the best explant sources were found out.At the same time,effect on callus induction and their status under different combinations of exogenous hormones was also investigated.On this basis,callus formation from leaf and stem explants and their growth status were compared.The results showed that seedling from aseptic seeding grew well,and kept stably after subculture,which can be used as the best explants.Callus formation time from leaf explant was short.Besides,callus grew better and came into bud earlier.The optimum conditions for callus induction of wolfberry leaves were found out to be MS+0.2 mg?L-1 NAA+1.0 mg?L-1 6-BA.
