Abstract:
Using the leaves of Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr.et Maxim.)Planch as test material,on the basis of single factor experiment,the effect of microwave-assisted extraction factors on crude polysaccharide from the leaves of Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr.et Maxim.)Planch were designed.A three - level - three - factor Box - Behnken design was employed to optimize the three extraction variables and to determine the optimum technology.The experimental results showed that the optimum technology was that the extraction time was 44 minutes,the extraction temperature was 81 ℃,the microwave power was 824 W Under the condition,the yield of the crude polysaccharide from the leaves of Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr.et Maxim.) Planch was 6.72%.The predictive value of the theory was 6.82%.The relative error was 0.1 percentage point.
