Abstract:
Tomato fruits were treated by white LED to determine the effect of white LED on quality and storage of tomato.The results indicated that white LED kept sensory quality,delaying the increase in weight loss,and didn’t affect tomatoes’ color.Moreover,white LED could inhibit degradation of TSS and vitamin C content,and enhanced POD,PPO activities with strengthening the antioxidant capacity of tomato fruits.
